Behavior: Rachel talks too much to her friends in class and often distracts others. However, when she’s excited about a project, she shows initiative, focus, competence, and drive.

Passion: (Under the right conditions) Exceeds Expectations.
She brings lots of energy and enthusiasm to what she does. She thrives when giving homemade things to other people, considering details and special touches.

Strengths: Teachers have observed that Rachel approaches difficult and challenging situations with empathy and humor—sometimes too much of both. During our Acts-of-Appreciation unit, Rachel was creative, timely, and demonstrated genuine interest in others.

Final Comment: During choice time Rachel can often be found with her friends, the art station, or playing four-square. We can’t wait to see her growth next semester!

Grade: Age-appropriate, most of the time. Still learning.
